Michael D. Slessor has served as our Chief Executive Officer of FormFactor, Inc. since 2014, and as a Director since 2013. Mike served as President from 2013 to 2014, and as Senior Vice President and General Manager, MicroProbe Product Group from 2012 to 2013. Before joining FormFactor, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MicroProbe from 2008 through the 2012 closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe. Prior to joining MicroProbe, he held various management, product-marketing, and applications-engineering positions in the semiconductor industry, primarily with KLA.

Mike received his Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Physics from the California Institute of Technology and his B.A.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia.

Shai Shahar has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2018. Shai has more than 25 years of financial leadership and management experience. Prior to joining FormFactor, he served as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Nova Measuring Instruments. From 2014 to 2016, Shai served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller of PMC-Sierra, Inc., where he also served as its Vice President Finance, FP&A, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Shai was Chief Financial Officer of Wintegra, Inc., until its acquisition by PMC-Sierra.

Shai is a certified public accountant in Israel and received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics in 1998 from the Recanati School of Business, Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

Jarek (January) Kister has served as our Chief Technical Officer and Sr. VP of Engineering & Product Development since 2014. Prior to this, Jarek served as the Chief Technical Officer & Vice President of Engineering of the MicroProbe Product Group from 2012 to 2014. Before joining FormFactor, Jarek was the Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering for MicroProbe from 2004 until the closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe in 2012. Jarek’s aforementioned role at Microprobe was preceded by his role as the Vice President of Engineering with Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Test Division from 2000 to 2004. From 1990 to 2000, he served as Director of Engineering and later as Chief Technical Officer with Probe Technology, Inc. Jarek holds more than 30 U.S. patents pertaining to the semiconductor wafer and package test.

Jarek holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic of Silesia, Poland. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Steven Nott has served as our Chief Information Officer since 2020. Steven has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Steven held various Information Technology positions within Cypress Semiconductor before becoming its first Chief Information Officer in 2012.

Steven holds a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.

Aasutosh Dave has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since 2024. Aasutosh has more than 20 years of experience in semiconductors with a focus on developing global field teams, as well as business revenue growth and customer management. Prior to joining FormFactor, Aasutosh held various leadership and management positions at ASML. Most recently, he served as the Head of Global Sales and Applications leading their eBeam business. Aasutosh has held positions from R&D process engineer, Product Marketing, Product Development, and Sales at Hybond, AMD and Mentor Graphics (now Siemens).

Aasutosh received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and his B.E. from Gujarat University in India.

Aliza Scott joined FormFactor in 2022 and serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining FormFactor, Aliza held progressive operating company, segment and corporate HR leadership roles at Fortive, most recently serving as the Vice President of HR Transformation & Technology. Prior to that, she worked in various senior HR leadership positions in multiple global technology companies including Danaher, Tripwire, Autodesk and FEI Company.

Aliza holds a B.A. degree from Oregon State University.

Matt Losey has served as our Executive Vice President since 2022. He served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Probes Business Unit from 2016 to 2024. Matt joined FormFactor in 2011. Prior to joining FormFactor, Matt held various positions in the semiconductor and microsystems industries, including Applied Materials, Texas Instruments, Sandia National Labs, and Advantest America where he served as the Vice President of Engineering for the probe card business unit acquired from Verigy.

Matt received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.

Alan Chan has served as our SVP and Chief Legal Officer since 2024. Prior to that, he served as Chief Legal & People Officer and Corporate Secretary of BowFlex Inc. Prior to BowFlex, Alan worked at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as their Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Alan began his legal career at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York, NY where he was a patent litigator.

Alan holds a B.S. in biology from Binghamton University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Sergio Loureiro joined FormFactor in 2024 and is currently our Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Prior to joining FormFactor, Sergio was the Vice President of Core Operations at Microsoft Azure – Cloud Operations + Innovation. Prior to that role, Sergio held various positions in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S ad Product Safety.

Sergio earned a Licenciatura in Chemistry from the University of Lisbon, a Ph.D. in Physics from the Université Joseph Fourier and CNRS in France and two post-doctoral appointments at NIMS-Japan and Princeton University. Sergio has received 36 patents for his work and has written more than 50 publications including one book chapter. He is also a member of the UMBC Department of Mechanical Engineering industrial advisory board.

Sudhakar Raman has served as our Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Probes Business Unit since 2024. Sudhakar joined FFI in 2021 as Vice President/General Manager Strategic accounts expanding his role to all of North America Business Development and Applications Engineering. Sudhakar brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in P&L management, product development, strategic planning, global marketing and applications engineering at leading companies including Onto Innovation, Veeco, and ESI (now MKS).

Prior to joining FormFactor, Sudhakar was the Chief Operating Officer at SVXR and prior to SVXR was Vice President/General Manager of Automated Metrology at Onto Innovation where he was responsible for directing and driving overall P&L for front-end CMOS automated metrology business unit. Prior to Onto Innovation, he held various management, marketing, applications engineering including expatriate experience working in Korea with Veeco and ESI (now MKS).

Sudhakar received his M.S. in electrical engineering with a research scholarship from University of Kentucky, Executive Management course from Stanford University, and B.S. in electrical engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Jens Klattenhoff has served as our VP and General Manager of Systems Business Unit since 2021. He joined FormFactor in 2016 as Director Product Marketing for the Systems Business Unit. From 2018 until 2019 he served as Sr. Director Marketing. Jens has over 20 years of experience in test & measurement technologies. Before joining FormFactor he held various Sales & Marketing leadership positions at Polytec GmbH, Baumer Optronic GmbH and other multi-national technology companies.

Jens holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Applied Laser Science from Applied University Emden, Germany and is an SGBS Certified Executive Management Expert of the St. Gallen Business School in Switzerland.

Thomas Fries has served as VP and General Manager of the Emerging Growth Business Unit since 2023. He joined FormFactor in 2019 through the acquisition of FRT GmbH, after nearly three decades of innovation and entrepreneurship in metrology for semiconductor wafers, advanced packaging, MEMS, optics, and other technologies. Thomas also currently serves as a supervisory board member for Plan Optik AG and he previously held long-time board positions with IVAM Microtechnology Network and the Centrum für Organische Produktionstechnologien in Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Thomas has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Bonn and a Physics Degree from the Saarland University. Dr. Fries has published dozens of technical papers and articles.
