President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael D. Slessor has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FormFactor, Inc. since December 2014, and as a Director since October 2013. Mike served as President from October 2013 to December 27, 2014, and as Senior Vice President and General Manager, MicroProbe Product Group from October 2012 to October 2013. Before joining FormFactor, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MicroProbe from July 2008 through the October 2012 closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe. Prior to joining MicroProbe, he held various management, product-marketing, and applications-engineering positions in the semiconductor industry, primarily with KLA-Tencor. Mike received his Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Physics from the California Institute of Technology and his B.A.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia.
Chief Financial Officer
Shai Shahar joined FormFactor in March 2018. Shai has more than 20 years of financial leadership and management experience. Prior to joining FormFactor, he served as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Nova Measuring Instruments. From 2014 to 2016, Shai served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller of PMC-Sierra, Inc., where he also served as its Vice President Finance, FP&A, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Shahar was Chief Financial Officer of Wintegra, Inc., until its acquisition by PMC-Sierra.
Shai is a certified public accountant in Israel, and received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics in 1998 from the Recanati School of Business, Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
CTO and Senior Vice President of Technology R&D
Jarek (January) Kister has served as the CTO and Sr. VP Engineering & Product Development since January, 2014. Prior to this, Jarek served as the CTO & VP Engineering, MicroProbe Product Group from October 2012 to January, 2014. Before joining FormFactor, Jarek was the CTO and VP of Engineering of MicroProbe from April 2004 through the October 2012 closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe. Prior to joining MicroProbe, Jarek served as Vice President of Engineering with Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Test Division from 2000 to 2004. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Kister served as Director of Engineering and later as Chief Technical Officer with Probe Technology, Inc. Jarek holds more than 30 U.S. patents pertaining to the semiconductor wafer and package test.
Mr. Kister holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic of Silesia, Poland. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions
Amy Leong has been with FormFactor since October 2012. Prior to this, Amy was the VP of Marketing at MicroProbe from April 2010 through the October 2012 closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe. Before joining MicroProbe, Ms. Leong worked at Gartner, Inc. as a Research Director from 2008 to 2010 and covered the ASSP system-on-chip and microcontroller markets. From 2003 to 2008, Ms. Leong worked at FormFactor where she served as Senior Director of Corporate Strategic Marketing and Director of DRAM Product Marketing. Prior to FormFactor, Ms. Leong worked in a variety of semiconductor process engineering and product marketing roles at KLA-Tencor and IBM.
Ms. Leong holds an M.S. in Material Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Chief Information Officer
Steven Nott joined FormFactor as Chief Information Officer in October, 2020. Steven has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He has led large organizational changes that focused on driving legacy systems towards secure cloud architectures that scale at a predictable cost. This included supporting growth organically as well as through Mergers and Acquisitions. Steven held various Information Technology positions within Cypress Semiconductor before becoming its first Chief Information Officer in 2012.
Mr. Nott holds a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Probes Business Unit
Matt Losey joined FormFactor in 2011 and is currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Probes Business Unit. Matt has served as the General Manager of the Probes Business Unit since 2016 and has led the business unit integrations for both Cascade Probes and the Advantest Probes. Prior to joining FormFactor, Matt has held various positions in the semiconductor and microsystems industries, including Applied Materials, Texas Instruments, Sandia National Labs, and Advantest America where he served as the VP of Engineering for the probecard unit acquired from Verigy.
Dr. Losey received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
Vice President and General Manager, Systems Business Unit
Jens Klattenhoff has served as VP and General Manager of Systems Business Unit since January 2021. He joined FormFactor in October 2016 as Director Product Marketing for the Systems Business Unit. From April 2018 until December 2019 he served as Sr. Director Marketing. Jens has over 20 years of experience in test & measurement technologies. Before joining FormFactor he held various Sales & Marketing leadership positions at Polytec GmbH, Baumer Optronic GmbH and other multi-national technology companies.
Mr. Klattenhoff holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Applied Laser Science from Applied University Emden, Germany and is an SGBS Certified Executive Management Expert of the St. Gallen Business School in Switzerland.
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Service
Robert Selley has served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Service since June 2016. Prior to its acquisition by FormFactor, Rob served as Vice President, Sales and Service for Cascade Microtech from September 2013 until June 2016. In this role he built a team and processes that significantly contributed to Cascade Microtech’s impressive revenue and profit growth.
Rob has over 20 years of global sales and business development experience, building relationships with the Global 500/Fortune 100 companies in both the semiconductor industry and in the network applications markets. Prior to Cascade Microtech, he led the international sales organizations at both Apcon and ONPATH Technologies. Rob played a key role in positioning ONPATH Technologies as a market leader prior to its acquisition by NetScout Systems in November of 2012. Prior to that, he spent 16 years at Electro Scientific Industries (ESI) in a variety of executive sales roles including director of both sales operations and Asia sales, and director of global sales for their Semiconductor Products Group. In addition, he served as general manager for ESI’s Laser Trim Solutions Group.
Rob received his BA in International Business from California State University Fullerton and his MBA from California State University San Marcos.
