FormFactor offers SELECTShip service for customers in the U.S. With a flat rate, FormFactor will take care of all door-to-door delivery logistics, including U.S. importation services.

No, because our products are customized and configured to your specifications, your shipment sizes are unique to your
order. This means that we are unable have the shipment weights and dimensions until the order is packed and ready
for shipment.
Yes, in most cases we can help. Please let us know what these special needs are when you are submitting your
purchase order and we can discuss in more detail.
Yes, in some cases. We see the simplest of requests to the most complex. For example, it could mean that you need
special riggers scheduled because of your facility layout. We encourage you to tell us as many relevant logistical details
for moving a large shipment from a truck to the intended space as early in the process as possible. You have the details
about the sizes of your doorways, elevators, etc. We can alert you to additional charges after we know your requirements.

Yes, in some cases you will; but it depends on the size of shipment. If you don’t have one, we can deliver to you with
special lift gate equipment. Please just let us know at time of order.
