Surinder Bedi brings to the company more than 20 years of semiconductor industry experience in continuous process improvement
Livermore, CA — February 14, 2006 — FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) today announced Surinder Bedi has joined the company as vice president, Quality and Reliability. Mr. Bedi will head FormFactor’s quality programs, and be responsible for driving continuous process improvements worldwide.

Mr. Bedi brings to FormFactor more than 20 years of hands-on experience and will be responsible for all of the company’s quality programs — Customer Quality and Satisfaction, Product Quality and Reliability, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality Performance, Quality Management Systems and Documentation. Prior to joining FormFactor, Mr. Bedi was the Vice President of Global Quality and Reliability at Applied Materials. At Applied Materials, Mr. Bedi oversaw the organizations of worldwide Quality and Reliability function, and served as the Chairman of the Quality Steering Board. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Mr. Bedi held positions of product engineering, manufacturing, quality and reliability at Digital Equipment Corp (DEC), National Semiconductor Corp. and Siemens- India. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India, an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.
