The Microwave Workshops and Exhibition (MWE) is the largest RF/microwave conference and exhibition in Japan, attracting more than 5,000 engineers and researchers in academic and governmental institutions as well as private companies. This year, MWE is held from November 29th through December 1st at Pacifico Yokohama. Targeting the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, the RF/microwave industry in Japan needs to make rapid advancements in autonomous driving technologies and 5G mobile communications systems. MWE continues to play an increasingly important role in the Japanese RF/microwave community to support this effort.
This year, FormFactor will exhibit the industry’s first fully-integrated broadband measurement solution. Integrated with Keysight’s new N5291A mmW network analyzer, and the compact frequency extender modules, the Summit probe station will showcase semi-automated broadband device characterization and calibration up to 120 GHz, using Infinity Probes® and WinCal XE™ software. This is one of the examples of Wafer-level Measurement Solutions (WMS), a Keysight Technologies and FormFactor collaboration to ensure correct system configuration, accurate measurement results and technical support. In addition, FormFactor will exhibit the largest selection of analytical probes up to 1.1 THz, and an easy-to-use RF probing solution which ensures fast and accurate measurement and calibration results up to 67 GHz. We hope to see you in our booth: #J-05, in front of Keysight Technologies!
